WorkPact is for companies that hire independent professionals and for talent seeking genuine opportunities with clear expectations. Talent profiles are reviewed before approval, while company hiring activity is designed to encourage purposeful job posts.

Companies and talent can discover opportunities, agree on scope, rates, schedules, and approval terms, communicate, share files, track time, and review submitted work. These records help both sides understand what was agreed and what happened next.

WorkPact does not currently process payments between companies and talent. After work is reviewed and approved, both parties use their preferred lawful payment method outside the platform. On-platform payments remain on the roadmap.
