Choose talent during signup

  1. Create your account and choose talent as the way you will use WorkPact.
  2. Complete the requested professional details, including accurate experience, skills, availability, and portfolio information.
  3. Review the details and submit the profile to WorkPact.

What happens during review

Your profile remains pending while WorkPact checks whether it is complete and credible. A pending profile cannot apply to jobs. WorkPact may approve it, request changes, reject it, or later suspend it when platform standards are not met.

Approval unlocks talent participation on the same account; it does not create a second login. Keep your profile current after approval.

Continue with verified skills

Approved participation and skill verification are related but separate signals. When WorkPact assigns an assessment, follow the skill-verification guide to understand attempts and passing results.
