Assessments are assigned by WorkPact
WorkPact selects assessments that are relevant to the skills on your profile. Only assessments assigned to you appear in the Assessments area; talent cannot create or self-assign a test.
An assessment supports a skill claim, but it does not guarantee job performance or replace a company’s own evaluation.
Complete an assessment
- Open Assessments from the talent workspace.
- Review the skill coverage, question count, duration when shown, level, and available attempts.
- Start the assessment and answer each question before submitting.
- Score 80% or higher to verify every skill covered by that assessment.
Results and retakes
The Assessments area shows the latest result and whether the covered skills are verified. If a result does not pass and attempts remain, you can retake it. An in-progress attempt can be resumed.
Before assessments are assigned, make sure your talent profile is complete and accurate.
