How WorkPact keeps the marketplace accountable

Understand the participation rules for companies, talent, and genuine hiring outcomes.

Shared responsibility

WorkPact treats access to the marketplace as a responsibility. Companies should publish genuine openings and record their outcomes. Talent should present accurate experience, complete assigned assessments honestly, and apply only to relevant work.

These rules create useful signals, but they do not guarantee that a company will hire or that approved talent will perform well in every engagement.

Company accountability

Continued job-posting access depends on the active WorkPact hire-rate policy. The rate compares filled jobs with jobs completed either with or without a hire. Drafts, cancelled jobs, removed jobs, and open jobs do not count.

New companies receive a limited introductory allowance. After enough completed outcomes exist, companies below the active requirement may be unable to publish another job. See job-posting eligibility and tokens for the publishing checks.

Talent accountability

A talent profile must pass WorkPact review before it can engage with jobs. WorkPact can approve the profile, request changes, reject it, or suspend it when platform standards are not met.

Assigned skill assessments add a platform-backed signal to selected skill claims. Read how talent skill verification works for the scoring and attempt flow.
