Set up a company, write a clear role, review it, and publish it to approved talent.

Set up your company

Choose company during signup or create a company from an existing talent account. Complete the company details requested by WorkPact before trying to publish a role.

Create the job

  1. Open Jobs in the company workspace and choose Post a job.
  2. Add a clear title, relevant skills, and a description covering the work, expected outcomes, and ideal experience.
  3. Choose hourly or fixed-price work, the experience level, and remote, hybrid, or on-site location.
  4. Optionally add a minimum and maximum USD budget.
  5. Preview the description, review the complete job, and publish it.

Publishing checks

Publishing currently costs 10 company tokens. WorkPact also checks the company against the active hire-rate policy in the same publishing flow. If either check fails, the job remains unpublished.
